Women Engineering Program
Women Engineering Program
The Women Engineering Program (WEP) is committed to providing women engineering students with opportunities for networking, service and academic growth as well as social activities to meet peers and build meaningful relationships within a supportive community. We provide assistance to connect students with campus resources and opportunities for scholarships, jobs and more.
We welcome and invite all members of our campus community to participate in the WEP with the goal of creating and upholding an engineering community that celebrates diversity academically, professionally and socially.
Ways to Get Involved with WEP

The Women Engineering Program works directly with the University of Dayton chapter of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). This student run club focuses on creating professional development, service and even social opportunities for our women in engineering and technology.

Phi Sigma Rho is a social sorority for women and non-binary engineering and technology majors. Sisters gain leadership skills and build friendships by planning philanthropic events, service projects, socials and formals.
